toys r us, target and fye still list it for mid december 2008,
Ign also has it listed for december 15, 2008
frankly I think gamestop never updated their date as it was listed as February2009 back before Ign announced that the game was finished and the current 2008 release date
THq's website is as helpful as getting hit in the head with a brick as far as determining release date is concerned
