@Greenmedic: Umm... That's apparently not the situation in Europe. We have had discounts etc. Today, for example, i visited a hypermarket that was just opened to my neighbourhood and they had Wii+Wii Fit bundles for 349€ (if i read the price right), while the MSRP for each are 269€ and 109€.
Anyway, my point was that it's for the retailer to choose whether they discount some or make better profit per unit. If they make better profit, they have the product in their ads and if they discount, it propably is in their ads too. Besides, the more profit you are able to make per unit, the more retailers are interested in taking the product into their store shelves.
