Yeah, the crappy X360 with no harddrive is cheaper than a Wii.  If you actually want to get some use out of the X360, you'll need a harddrive which, seperatly, costs an obscene amount.

Might be able to pick up a 120GB at Circuit City for $99, assuming they're not all sold out.
