The appeal of these screenshots is that's what they'll really look like.
Besides, even if Wario's portrait is CG, does it really matter? It's just a portrait, and he looks EXACTLY the same in the ingame screenshots.
I know you're not posting anymore, but look at Peach.
That's her "character portrait" which you might claim is CG.
But she looks identical ingame...because they are the same...it's all the same.
