Looking at their current upcoming projects, we can clearly assume that HD's are their most important platforms, with the 360 having a slight edge, followed then by the Wii. After the home consoles, their portable priorities are like this: PSP followed by the DS.

The HD platforms are obviously the way to go for Capcom this gen, and that is clearly showing. Most of their announced games are really huge games or multiplatform Live/PSN games. X360 is having the slight advantage, getting Arkanoid Live, while the PS3 isn't. Other than that their line ups are identical.

Wii is getting some big games also, but just mainly in Japan. Looks like Capcom may not be willing to bring their big hitters to the West for now, but that can change. So far the Wii is getting almost exclusive content, save for Neopets which is multiplat with the DS. Looks like the upcoming Capcom line up for the Wii is much more oriented towards casuals or too heavily Japanese oriented.

The portables, surprisingly, aren't getting almost any love from Capcom. PSP being on top of the DS in terms of importance. The DS is by far their less important platform and that's really strange. They are really missing out a lot of money from it.

Looks like Capcom has chose to go the home console way this gen, with the highest priority being the HD platforms.

So far the biggest franchises have seen the light on the HD platforms, and I honestly can't see that changing. Wii may get the new IP's or spin-offs, but that's it. Other than MH3 I can't see any of the big franchises making it to the Wii, since HD owners have already proven that they will be buying them, while Wii will be too much of a risk. And by comparing their line-ups that's more than clear.

Portables are simply being ignored in comparison to home consoles and Capcom is obviously missing a lot of money.
