Ok, I'll also have to add my voice to the ones that don't believe the pictures people are throwing around here for Super Smash Brothers Brawl are representative of the final product. They're all taken from the E3 2006 CGI trailer and it's very dubious to think that the final game will look anywhere near that. It's the same as those who took the pictures from the original CGI trailers of Killzone 2 and Motorstorm and held them as examples of games that were vastly superior graphics wise to anything on the 360.

ps. The lack of aliasing on Link (except his forward foot) and the amount of detail is a dead giveaway in my opinion in that pic. And the other picture of Link used in the GC vs. Wii Link comparison is also a CGI Link.


Ahaha oh god thank you Legend. This is just gold. I wish BenKenobi was here to read this. First of all, that E3 trailer was not CGI. Second, you actually think this is CGI? I have a fun website for you. Hundreds of pics of Smash Bros. exist on this website, which must equal dozens of hours of CGI. http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/index.html

Man Nintendo is really dedicated to the lie. Like the Moon Landing and the Holocaust. Hahaha.  What will us poor Wii owners do with these crappy graphics that you think are CGI.  Can't win em all eh Legend? 


I won this one...  The E3 06 trailer for Super Smash Brothers Brawl is CGI.  That's where the pic BenKenobi posted is from.  If you don't believe me and want to live in denial like the people who believed Killzone 2's original trailer was real then be my guest, I didn't bother arguing with them either.  But I guarantee you that if you get anyone in here that works in game design to comment on that trailer they will say it's CGI.  It's so obvious that to be honest I'm kind of shocked I'm having this conversation with people.

Oh and about the official site, ever stop and wonder why they didn't put the trailer they showed at this year's E3 on the site even though it's updated on a daily basis?

Any why did you bring up the Holocaust?  Please keep the conversations in here civil and don't ever associate me with a Holocaust denier again.
