I thought the same thing till I played the Beta. I ended up buying it and its a great game. Sure they took 90% of the ideas from CoD4, but its the best WWII game since probably CoD2 (CoD3 sucked).
And @munkeh buy Resistance 2 (assuming you can only afford one game) or else buy both
