I don't know how you figure how much anyone has shipped. Looks more like you just picked numbers to fit your 90% point, which isn't true either.
Microsoft is aiming to ship 25m units by the end of November. Nintendo is probably going to ship about 46-47m units by the end of December, but they haven't said how many they've shipped since they reported Q2 (ending September) results, which I believe was around 34.5m units.
