The point is when you have such big difference in the numbers like 10 vs 100 or in this Blu-ray vs DVD senerio 119 to 11 the number with a smaller figure will have the easier time influencing %'s
Let me give you an example. If both increased by 5% then 100 increases by 5 and 10 increases by .5... see why looking at %'s is silly now?
