Long-term it will do just fine.

Only of Sony bundles it. Which they most likely will to save it. Hardly anobody will pay 60 bucks for this game.

And why is that? You are acting like the game is shit. It's been recieving mostly positive reviews, and last time I checked it was around 80 at Metacritic, and is also one of the only racing games out this holiday season.

The whole "There are no games so xxx will sell good" is a failed theory that was used constantly since the PS3 was released, I don't see why it would apply to this one game, that continued great sales every without being bundled (Selling around 15k weekly for months and months, bundle has been over since Spring).

PGR4 reviewed even better. Yet it tanked despite PGR3 sold millions. Because of increased competition and the previous game was a launch title. Launch titles always sell.

PG is a niche racer. The true Xbox 360 racer based on sales is Forza 2. You might be right that competition had something to do with it, however PGR sold well during the days of the original Xbox. These were days when people economically were willing for fork out more money. There are alot of factors.

PGR is a niche racer yet a fucking offroad racer isn't ? Give me a  break. PGR has much more mainstream appeal than Motorstorm. PGR3 sold much more than Forza 2. Until MS bundled Forza 2 and saved it's sales ass.

These days racers are becoming a niche genre as a whole. The only saving grace is Gran Turismo for proper sales of the genre. Offroad racers naturally get second rate sales to mainstream racers. PGR used to be the top Xbox racer (Even while selling like shit) and now Forza is. Forza will have better sales in its lifetime than the PGR franchise will. The only thing keeping racers alive and well is multiple niche games and GT which in itself is going to get it's own channel. Hell it's Sony's most reliable game....well....period.
