Yea, I did all that. I even disabled it and re-enabled it multiple times to make sure it wasn't something funny.

which is actually quite the list, but I plan on getting those on the cheap, cause I'm a huge Nintendo fanboy and I already spent more than all my money for the next 3-4 months 
In fact, I don't know how I'm going to beat Assasin's Creed with Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World coming in a few days.
