I don't know if you want a Tagalog (Filipino) speaker or not, but I'm available. I lived in the Philippines for 2 years so I can carry on a conversation, no problem. However, I have been back to the Philippines in 3 years, so I've forgotten some. Nothing a Tagalog-English dictionary won't fix because the grammar is easy. Count me in if needed.
