well, you can't really expect a deep discounter like walmart to offer customer service. after all training costs money and if i shop at walmart i'd like them to squeeze every cent of savings i can possibly get.
i've had pretty good experiences at best buy, which i visit quite a bit. often times i'll be just browsing and a service rep would come up and ask me if they can help, like the time when i bought NHL 09 for the PC. it was still in storage (release day) so the guy had to dig it up and get it to me. it did take him like 10 minutes to get it, but that wasn't his fault.
i don't know, maybe there's a minimal amount of service that a shopper expects, even at walmart.
the Wii is an epidemic.
