Yeah, I'm going to go with Tabsina on this one, at least when it comes to Super Mario Galaxy (Brawl is just cheating 
).
Gusty Garden Galaxy, Good Egg Galaxy, Battlerock Galaxy, Rosalina's Observatory, Bowser's theme... all amazing. 
Metroid Prime 3 is another great choice. SkyTown is especially memorable.
