Which company makes better western rpgs: Bethesda or Bioware?

Bioware by a mile, even if it was only Baldur's Gate they'd made (which it isn't). Bethesda are good enough to entertain me but not mesmerize and enthrall me like Bioware (Fallout 3 was something of a letdown).
