Why wont games sell thought reviews are about 9.0 + ?

Carnival games (56 on meta, sold over 2 mil)

Wii Play (58 on Meta, sold over 15 mil)

Mario Party 8 (62 on meta, sold 5 mil)

Mario and Sonic Olympics (67 on meta, sold over 5 million)

GameParty (25!!!! on metacritic, sold over 1.4 mil)

I'm not saying that wii doesn't sell games...as it sells the most out of all 3 systems. Also, it will sell good games as well as bad games... I'm just pointing out that wii sells software it wants to sell, reviews have no impact on it.

Where ps360 tend to sell games more based on reviews...Too Human would have sold much more had it gotten AA status...

 

and you don't even consider that revierwers are biased against wii and always give wii games lower score.

 

i  doubt they are biased its more they are judging on criteria on which classic evolution of gaming is judged. this generation is a schism in gaming, and much like the catholic/eastern orthodox it has not been met with enthusiasm despite the fact that it has spread the love of gaming even further. 

to put it simply its just a new area, and it takes time for things to adjust.

though gameparty does suck and hard, i rented that for my sister and man that was terrible god what a horrid vile waste of plastic.. the people who developed it should be banned from producing games... its almost on the level of superman 64
