I think the best question is: "Will the DSi manage to captivate a new market, rather than cater to the current one?"
We've seen that the PSP-3k did absolutely nothing for software - indicating that the launch only sold to current users, rather than new. Will the DSi be different?
The key factors are going to be how well NSMB, Pokemon Platinum/D/P, and RTG do this week.
