It's very likely Nintendo's hardware presses are under quite a strain with all these devices they make, and the rate they are selling them. Nintendo will probably sell more DS units than LBP will sell copies, this week in Japan, just to give perspective on Nintendomination in that country.
Sony's 3000 launch timeframe suddenly makes sense. Get ready for DSi to sell like a million units a week forever.
