So yesterday I decided to check out Nintendo Channel and found the 13 minute video of Shigeru Miyamoto going to kindergarten. Now I figured this is awesome because I get to see first hand how this man tests his games before he decides they are perfect.
He brought in the Wii music software a few Wii's a the corresponding controllers and so on. 13 minutes later I realized I had some ear to ear smile one through the entire thing, watching the kids go at it seemed really energizing and almost like a breath of fresh air, I wanted to once again enjoy a game like how they enjoyed Wii music. They were asked who wants to go next and they all needed to go next.
The wierd thing is that those kids were really good at picking up the me melody and working in harmony, but the songs were unique to their original forms, the thing is it didn't matter if it wasn't the exact same Mario ending song it sounded better because just watching them play is fun.
The teachers lined up for their turn and Shigeru was player 3, they all played and one teacher scored 0. V_V Shigeru achieved an 80+ score.
The hate for this little title means that thier is a huge and I mean huge ammount of love for this title, and I am now certain I know who and where that love is coming from.
