No, just no.  Fable 2 would have to completely revolutionize RPGs to even compete.

 

The Fable franhise and Kotor revolutionized RPG's in a whole new way. You can truthfully control you characters and mold them as well as use them against your foes which ever side you drift off to.

 

Can you iterate a little more, because this kind of thing has been done in the Elder scrolls series to an extent.  Also, why are you bringing KOTOR in to this?

 

I was talking about 3rd person, but if you like you could add that to the list. I'm bringing KOTOR into this because it's an example of an open ended, choice based RPG.
