LOL Fallout 3... I'm going to say 9 at best for that thing.
Fable 2 will not be a 10. Did you see their previews of TFU? They had nothing bad to say about it, and then gave it a 7.3 (I'd give it like 8.2).
There will be something quite big wrong with the game, that will bring it down to 9.5 or lower.
Gears 2 will also probably miss the 10/10. It's basically impossible on your second game. I mean look at Halo. And having given GoTY 2006 to GeOW, they can't well give GoTY 2008 to Gears 2 right?
But none of these games will get Game of the Year simply because there is a nice ps3 exclusive 10/10 lurking around amidst all of these 360 exclusives and multiplats, and no PS3 game has won game of the year yet.
