no AAA means a game thats highly rated that sells a ton of consoles. MGS, UT, Madden, Mario, Zelda, Halo, and other major franchises are AAA. There is no such think as AAAA because that would make the game would mean every console sold to date would end up buying the game and the game will sell millions of consoles. Halo 3 is no where near being that great of a game to do that unless Microsoft was going to hand each person who bought the game a $1000. @sharky - Sony has a weak line-up? they have two of the best multiplayer games available coming out this year plus their own "gears of war level" game. Warhawk, Unreal Tournament 3, and Uncharted Drakes Fortune are more then enough to top Microsoft's line-up. Adding in Ratchet & Clank, the PSN games, and the other great titles like Heavenly Sword and Lair the only console that Sony is going to have trouble competeing with is Nintendo's. |
Seriously go to to most major game sites and they will all tell you that microsoft has a better lineup then sony, im sorry but its true.
But you do get to look forward to 2008 since it does appear to have a better lineup =)
With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.
Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.
