I just had this conversation with Rol...
Essentially though, it doesn't look like there's any effort here. I could still be wrong (I hope so), but it ain't looking pretty. Anyhow, see for yourself.
And Voltaire tells me Call of Duty won't have customizable controls. Not fatal, mind you, but still mind-boggling.
