about the Game Page Banners... just get 3 or 4 people make them.. otherwise you'll get a gazillion Super Mario banners and none for let's say.. Vib Ribbon.. Give them an excel sheet with all the games and they can start from the top.. I'm willing to help, I'm a graphic Designer... I can even make Flash banners...
