I somewhat agree with you- it is extremely overhyped and will not be the BEST GAME IN HISTORY OR THAT WILL EVER BE RELEASED.
However, it will be MUCH higher than 65-80. I'm putting it in the 90-95 range. Because people will love this game. It will be far from perfect, but I'm sure it will be very good.
