Agreed. It just wouldn't make sense if Nintendo was to announce a peripheral to improve motion recognition, and then announce a boxing game that completely forsakes motion all together. If anything, this is Nintendo's premier "Now that you've bought Wii Motion Plus..." Game. Which isn't to say it won't work without it (there will probably be multiple configurations), only that it will surely be built with the + in mind.
