Wii at $279.99, I payed $279.99. Elite at $449, I payed $449. PS3 at $300-400, I payed $500, but I had to buy a ps3 because BC was on the way out.
If I am satisfied with the purchase right away, it wouldn't matter if I payed $100 or $500, but if the purchase does not satisfy me (again this is right away), I think to myself that I should have just waited a lot longer namely when it would have appealed to me more.
