I voted for Gears 2, but Wii Music and/or AC have a good chance of beating it. LBP is the real unknown here as it has a good chance of bombing (at least compared to the insane expectations being attached to it) but you definitely can't rule out the possibility it will take off somewhere in the stratosphere and stay there for months (maybe even years), so I really have no idea on that one.
Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it
