They've said Q4 '08, The beta is on version 0.98 and they are inviting more people to join
It won't be released after November.
More on topic, I think they've given the Q4 because it's less disappointing than "October 2008... wait, no, November 2008." which could well happen otherwise. Don't worry, not long to go.
