15 mins of "paperwork" for every user banned, glad I'm not a mod :)
I could see them doing 2 hours of writing up reports if there is a big flame war on the forum :D
(If you don't get the ref. In the UK when ever a policeman does a quick stop and search they have to make out a detailed report)
