| DKII said: I have a theory about SE. They weren't taking the Wii seriously and put a few token games with their lowers-tier dev teams in production. Then the Wii started selling, so they rushed DQ:Swords out the door (overall pretty crappy game), then Chocobo Mystery Dungeon is next (solid fun but low production) and now they've taken the time to completely rework what they were doing for FFCC which was originally supposed to be this fall and now won't be until next year some time. I have a hunch FFCC is going to very closely resemble a main series FF game in terms of gameplay, production value, etc. |
I was thinking about this today. They don't need to put Final fantasy XIII or XIV on the wii, they can just cheap-ass FF XIII and use their resources (time, money, etc) in final fantasy CC.
