Erm - there's no need to have programming skill in order to be a DB Admin. The only talent you need to have is attention to detail...      ...and to be incredibly anal about accuracy. ;)

 

I know, I'm just saying that if I knew php/mysql, I'd volunteer to help with development.  If this were a .NET or ColdFusion site, I'd be ready and willing.
