No, it only depends on your playstyle to a certain degree, but some vehicles just suck. I really doubt that anyone is doing good with the Wild Goose, it's one of the slowest crafts and its turning looks so awkward, it's really different compared to all other crafts.

There's a bunch of good crafts which includes the White Cat, there are a lot of good enough crafts and then there are some simply suck crafts with which anyone would have a hard time to win all cups on master difficulty. Really, in GX it's not always the player's fault if he can't win.

Hmm, I see what you're saying. I misunderstood you the first time. Still, I never had a hard time winning with any of the maneuverable crafts (even if it was easier with some than others), so while I easily concede that some are clearly better than others I think the last sentence in your post is a bit unfair. In my experience, all crafts always give you a shot at winning the GP; some just make it easier than others.
