I observe a lot of planning in different shop, and i observe "settlers (ds) (exlcusive gamestop, thay say, see http://www.ebgames.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=180231 )", and spelling challenges and more (ds) seems to be no available in US.
But you give data for these games recently:

As i say before, my remarks don't concern a little quantity of game, but a game per week. Your retailer give you false information, it seems to be evident now. They don't give you the game they really sells, but the game they think they sells (with pre order, for exemple). In fact, your retailers think the game is available, and give you their pre order. But the games, i give, ("settlers" and "spelling challenges and more") are no available in reality.
I'am dissapointed of this.
