Towel - Breaks in a few days

vs.

Refurbished - Breaks in a few months and you get free stuff

It really isn't that hard to choose

 

But with towel it can be fixed again and again when it breaks, and with sending it in I have to wait weeks for it to come back.

 

 

It doesn't take that long to come back these days, or so I've heard.
