PS3 as a hardware has no value to me. I prefer gaming experience since I'm a jaded(24 years of egames does that). What I want to play are unique games or games that play well. Currently only LBP interestes me. I payed $70 for my PS2 with KH1 and 2 mem cards used. I also got it after the PS3 launch. I also barely play it. I have only purchased FF12(awesome) and was given SoC.
Since I place less value in the PS3 than I do the PS2 I will wait untill it's $100 with it's current libray. Maybe $150 if the library starts getting games I'm interested in. In the mean time I'll wait until 360 hitting the $120 price mark with minimal HDD. Otherwise pass. These are pretty unreasonable prices, but the libraries just don't do it for me and I don't wank to higher horsepower.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
