And unless it holds it, it doesn't mean much. I'm not saying things aren't going to improve, or even that you're wrong expecting them to improve soon. But you just can't say that one particular week of data shows a trend.

Also, Wii sales have been all over the place from 215k to 265k in the last few weeks, so 230k is no decrease, it's not even below average.
