I doubt it, we usually get pre-emptive press release spin from Microsoft the day before NPD when they think PS3 outsold them, and they did it again yesterday.

I think he is referring to the 360 100% sales increase due to the price cuts release.

 

 

 Doubtful. The cut was in September, so it wouldn't show up in August. Of all people, BKK2 knows this.
