I have the volume thing too! The volume must end in a: 0,2,4,5,6,8. My TV in my room doesn't use numbers but bars. Each bar actually has 4 numbers, so the volume for my TV must be on even numbers! Eith ar the start of a bar, or 2 more up. 2 more up would cause it to move to the next bar.
