Userbase don't mean much how a game would sell. If FFXIII would not sell good because it has a lower userbase then the PS2/PS ONE;

Why did Tales of Symphonia 2 on Wii sold not twice that much as Tales of Symphonia on GC considering GC had a lower userbase?
