FFVI the best FF ever?

Advent Children= ultimate awsomeness for those who kno the ENTIRE story of the game, many could not grasp the context of the movie simply they did not fully understand the game. Thats fail on there part not the movie's.

DOC= ok action 3rd person action shooter. Mediocre voice acting, but tolerable. Spectacular graphics(duh this is SE foo!) and fun game play. The issue with it is that it has very little berring with the main FF story. Not a bad game, but a bad Final Fantasy (like Spirits Within).

Crisis Core= oh so awsome dude, we can agree.

And I dont see anyone wanting a remake of any of the other ones as much as this one so that proves it right there, the most loved, the most sales, the most recognition, means the best game.

see, things like that make me angry. you say advent children are for people who know the entire story of the game. if you grapsed the whole game, then you HATE advent children. me and my friends are huge FF fangs, and only one of us really liked that movie. Why?

Like I said, for those who fully understand the story. OP DO NOT READ THIS SPOILER ALERT! I REPEAT SPOILER ALERT!

The thing I find that most people do not understand about advent children is the idea of the 3 sephiroth clones. The always seem to forget the fact that the entirety of the original FFVII you were chaseing a SEPHIROTH CLONE! Not the real one, the real one was crystalized within the life stream. You see Sephiroth is like a infection, so is Jenova. They infect living organisms they come into contact with. Kadaj, Loz, and Yazoo were all born with the Jenova cells implanted within them because the entire planet had been infected with sephiroth, hence geostigma. Crisis Core also touches up on explaining the idea of clones within FFVII. Clone does not mean exact copy although they can look just like you or just hold similar traits to you. The closer the better though. Nevertheless Seph's clones are completely controled by his central AI/Brain. He can control them all simaltaneously. The reason they were looking for "mother" was because they needed more Jenova cells in order to become "complete", to become sephiroth. You can ask me(message me) any other questions you may have about the plot and conveyence of the story and I bet I can explain it to you.

simpley because in FF7, all the characters were really fun with distinct personalities. in advent children, they pretty much said "screw their personalities," and gave everyone knew personalities that felt like they were for screaming fangirls.

Dirge- it was bad. admit it. i was so hyped for that game. the first 2 or so hours were REALLY fun. but after that, it was just extremley repetitive and boring. the story was somewhat fun. i've always loved vincent. but the game was just bad dude.

I can see why some would think that. It was nothing spectacular, i will admit. Yet I dont think it was that bad either. To each his own though.

and dude, using your logic makes Naruto the best anime/manga ever. but it's not. i'm sorry i have to compare this to Naruto, but Naruto is one of the most overrated things I have ever seen. its GOOD, and its really easy to like, just like FF7. FF7 was a very easy game compared to the other FF games, and had fun characters and an easy to grasp story. thats why so many people liked it the most, just like Naruto...

If naruto makes the bucks, and has the fanbase, then it is indeed the most popular, meaning most like it. I personally dont like naruto either, but i am one person. My opinion is obviously not the majority and majority say it is the shitz (glurp!). Its just like Halo for me, I cant stand it. Yet over 8million people say its the best shooter ever. Odds are when a new person is introduced to it they will side with the majority.

don't get me wrong. i love FF7. I have all the FF7 spin offs. but your logic doesnt make it the best.

 

Yet even if you do not like the FFVII memorbelia that still does not change the fact that the only reason they were made was because SE was trying to capitalize on it's most popular entry to the franchise. FFVII is the best by this standard. That is why when people ask a question like "Which is the best FF?" it should be answered such as..." FFVII is the most popular, but my particular favorite is_____" blah blah blah.
