Although giving those screens a second look, I'm not completely sure Naznatips' victory is completely in the clear. Excluding the resolution, and accounting for the fact that Wii screenshots always look worse than HD consoles' (for technical reasons I won't pretend to understand), the quality of the two may be just about on par.
But of course the arbitrator here is Twesterm, not me, so it seems His Honor needs to render a verdict. If it's any consolation Twesterm, you can take after the practice of real judges, and let your "clerks" decide the case for you, then take all the public credit and blame.
