there is only one way to make this fight worthy of debate. we strip them of any extra's and they fight as they are with just one weapon. No Blades of Athena and no Master Swords and capes and jugs and pills. They fight on Neutral Territory (No Sony turf and No Nintendo Turf... and no MS Turf).
Kratos and Link will fight in the Greenhill Zone from Sega's Sonic where Sonic will referee the match.
I am a fan of Zelda, but I will be honest, I dont know much about his entire history like some people here do, but I believe in a neutral world where both fighters are stripped of any extra's, Link will have trouble. Even with Extra's taken away, Kratos is God; he is immortal, he has got powers without the need to have potions and more then anything else, he has major strength as well as a very high pain threshold.
Considering this, Kratos will win hands down.
If Kratos was to put his powers aside and become Mortal to make the fight fair, i reckon he would still win the fight since he is agile, strong and and i don't really think Kratos understands what pain is. Link is a force when he is well equipped where as Kratos is a force regardless of weaponry or not.
The only way in which Link could win (other then using the aid of extra's) is Women. Kratos is a sex fiend. If Link had a pair of breasts, he could distract Kratos and chop his balls off and hand them to him.
