He says "slovenskom trhu" which means Slovak market so withouth Czech.
3,000 seems to be half of total X360 sales ("polowicu" means half).
To be honest I'm not 100% sure if it's not prediciton for this year. I can't really speak Slovak, lots of words are similar to Polish so its readable for me but I'm not confident about everything. Online dictionares also don't help much.
