Does a gaming system also being a media hub make you want to buy it?

The BD player in blu-ray was definetly a big plus in me buying it, and I really love it. I have a lot of different videos and all my music on my PS3 as well, so all in all, it wasn't a decisive thing, but a huge bonus still.
