It's Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Calibre. I'm using my sig as a "Now Playing", and I've just started it up for the fifth time. If you haven't played it yet, I can't recommend it (or the SNES version, or Tactics Ogre on the SNES/PlayStation (but not GBA)) enough, hence my rise in interest over this guy.
