Does this mean that VGChartz has undertracked the Wii?

According to that on July 1st by this site's numbers the Wii only had 8,851,147 WW sales.

It's sold to retailers, so a certain number are in transit, warehouses and store shelves.

 Sold means delivered for Nintendo, check last years financials for this tid bit.
