I'd have to agree with the write up on the page, this game doesn't look promising. If you're going to use cell shading for your characters, they should at least look as good as Wind Waker. And the turned-based battles appeared to be somewhat boring in comparison to similar RPGs. Hopefully they clean up the look and game play in the new few months.
Numbers are like people. Torture them enough and you can get them to say anything you want.
