Wow, now that's some serious word twisting. I'd also like to see Zelda grow even darker, and like the current path the series is taking (OOT, MM, TP), but come on...
Besides, what he said is perfectly logical. Stylised graphics (not necessarily kiddie, by the way - Okami isn't kiddie at all, neither is No More Heroes) will always help a less powerful system. Knowing the graphical capabilities of your hardware, and choosing an adequate style for it, is a great way to get impressive graphics on a less powerful system.
