 You would only need one time on VGC--the point is that you take it and compare it with whatever time it is where you are.

 

For example, Poster A wants to have a Brawl match with Poster B.  In A's time zone, it's 2:00, in B's it is 4:00, and in VGC time it's 3:00.

Poster A: "Wanna Brawl at 7 pm VGC time?"

Poster B: (notices that his time is one hour later than VGC time, meaning it would be at 8:00 in his time)

"Sure, sounds good, dude!"

This way, there's no confusion as to what time zone they're talking about, and no confusion as to the difference between said time zone and their own.
